This blog is about me trying to lose some inches and body fat, and growing my hair and nails. Anything mentioned on this blog is from personally experience or found online or in books. It may not work for you and it may not be healthy. If you don't like it, don't read it. But this is my attempt at not only staying on track but having a back up that I won't lose if I lose a notebook or if my computer decides it's going to delete everything. Feel free to look at it, but don't complain if you find something you don't like.
