- weigh every day possible, base daily calories on that weight using loseit based on a weight loss of 1.5lbs per week
- drink a min of 64oz water/day
- walk a min. 2 days a week (9 days/month), play with wii min. 4 days a week (18 days/month)
- try to do some crunches, bicycle crunches, squats and heel raises at least every other day (16 days/month)
